Who Am I?

I’m Josh Schultz, Founder of Kaizen Labs, President of Canekast, and Creator of the SMB Blueprint.

I help small and medium-sized businesses in the industrial and manufacturing space build operations and systems that scale with a focus on the three key business machines: Sales, Operations, and Finance.

After having scaled and sold multiple B2B industrial businesses in the U.S. and Mexico, I have applied my playbook to multiple businesses to help them gain new customers, grow margins, and create a business that doesn’t need them

My career has spanned finance, entrepreneurship, small business ownership, corporate leadership, sales, software development, machine learning, and being a professor.
